Month-of coordination ensures that those final weeks leading up to your event run smoothly and are as stress-free as possible. You will have two detailed meetings with a Bespoke Moments planner to ensure that we fully understand your vision. The first meeting includes a site visit (for weddings, this includes both the ceremony and reception venue), as well as an intimate consultation to get to know one another and give us an in-depth sense of what you’ve planned. In the second meeting, typically two weeks prior to your event, all details will be finalized. We’ll put together the timeline and take over the logistics, allowing you to enjoy the excitement and anticipation
Additionally, your Bespoke Moments planner will work with your contracted event professionals as the point-person for any questions that may arise on the day of your event.
